How Ney Technologies LLC collects, uses and protects data in the Shardy.bot service, and what rights you have.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Ney Technologies LLC, a company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and the owner of the Shardy.bot brand.

We process data in accordance with applicable law, including the GDPR for people in the European Union and the CCPA for California residents, to the extent these laws apply.
2. What data we process
Account and login data:
- your Discord account ID, name and avatar and your email address, provided when you log in with Discord,
- the list of servers where you have administrative permissions (the “guilds” scope), so we can show the servers you can configure,
- login history: date, IP address, browser and operating system (visible to you in your profile).
Server and bot data:
- the bot configuration on a server: appearance, commands, modules, message templates,
- bot events visible in the dashboard console, members' XP and levels, moderation history, birthdays saved by members, and the state of polls and tickets,
- message content is analyzed in real time only when a module that needs it is enabled on the server (for example automod, autoresponder or logs). Deleted and edited messages are only sent to the log channel chosen by the server administrator.
Payment data: subscription status and the customer ID in Stripe. We do not store payment card details, Stripe processes them.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- providing the service and managing your account (performance of a contract),
- billing and payment handling (performance of a contract and legal obligations),
- security, abuse prevention and login history (legitimate interest),
- support and replies to your messages (legitimate interest),
- compliance with legal obligations and requests from authorized bodies.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
4. Who we share data with
We share data only to the extent necessary with providers that help us run the service:
- Discord (login and bot operation),
- Supabase (database and authentication),
- Stripe (payments),
- providers of the server infrastructure that runs the bot and the dashboard,
- public authorities, when required by law, a court order or the protection of our rights.
Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the USA. In such cases we use the safeguards provided by law, such as standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
- account data: until the account is deleted,
- server configuration and module data: as long as the bot is on the server or until the administrator deletes them,
- login history and bot events: a limited number of recent entries needed for security and diagnostics,
- billing data: for the period required by tax and accounting laws.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
To exercise your rights, write to contact@neyhost.com. We may ask you to confirm your identity. People in the European Union may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
You can change your email address yourself in the dashboard: Account, Profile.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page, and we will announce material changes in the dashboard or by email.
This policy is written in English. Translations are provided for convenience only. If a translation differs from the English version, the English version prevails.
