Cookie Policy

Last updated: October 5, 2026

This policy explains which cookies and browser storage the Shardy.bot website and dashboard use. We keep it short because we only use what is needed for the service to work.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way, but the data never leaves your device unless the website reads it.

2. Cookies we use

All of them are essential or remember a choice you made:

  • Login session (sb-…-auth-token): keeps you logged in to the dashboard. Set only when you log in and kept for up to 400 days or until you log out.
  • Language (NEXT_LOCALE): set only when you pick a language in the language switcher, so the site opens in it next time. Kept for 1 year. Until then we choose the language from your browser settings without saving anything.
  • Theme (theme, browser storage): remembers light or dark mode. Kept until you clear your browser data.

3. What we do not use

We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers. If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

4. Third party services

When you log in with Discord or pay through Stripe, you are taken to their websites, which set their own cookies under their own policies:

  • Discord: discord.com/privacy
  • Stripe: stripe.com/cookie-settings

5. Managing cookies

You can view and delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, logging in to the dashboard will not work, but the rest of the website stays available.

6. Changes and contact

We will update this page whenever we change how we use cookies. Questions? Write to contact@neyhost.com.
